KickBoxing is for everyone! My name is Heather and I am a Certified Fitness Instructor that leads cardio kickboxing classes at several fitness clubs & gyms in Cape Coral. My classes are for both men & women; young & older adults. You can burn as much as 500 to 1,000 calories while developing power, muscle strength, coordination, agility, and balance. Many people tell me they have the most fun of any exercise class because of the variety of moves within the class.
All Cardio Kickboxing classes begin with warm-up then basic punching and kicking moves. Basic punches include jabbing, hooks and uppercuts. Kicking includes roundhouse, straight forward kick, side kicks and back kicks. Each class closes with a cool-down and stretching. Check out what a class looks like with the class video above.
